SIGNS OF SPRING
CREATED BY GOD CAPTURED BY PANASONIC LUMIX
I love Spring! It’s my most favorite season of the year! It truly amazes me to see the trees begin to bloom again, the grass beginning to turn bright green with life, and the flowers starting to emerge from what looks like dead and barren land, once more putting on a dazzling display of colors and unique designs which declare the creative beauty and glory of God!
The newness of life in nature also symbolizes the newness of life that each one of us can have if we place our trust in Jesus Christ alone for our salvation, and not in trying to be “good enough” to get to heaven by doing good works (Ephesians 2:8,9, Titus 3:4,5), otherwise Jesus died in vain! (Galatians 2:21) If we acknowledge the fact that we are all sinners in the sight of a completely Holy God and that we need a Savior, and believe with all of our hearts that Jesus Christ died in our place on the cross, taking upon Himself the full wrath of God that was intended for us because of our sins, that He was buried, and arose bodily three days later, we will be saved; we will be born again. Our sins will be washed away, never to be remembered again, and we will be clothed in the righteousness of Jesus Christ and have a desire to obey Him, not to be saved, but to show our love and appreciation to Him for all that He did to bring about the forgiveness of our sins. God will change us from the inside out as His Holy Spirit works in our hearts as we read the truth of His Word — the Bible — so that we will be conformed to the image of Christ and no longer live like the world:
“Therefore if any one is in Christ he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” (Corinthians 5:17)
I became a Christian in the Spring of 1980 by choosing to believe the truly good news of the Biblical gospel that God opened my eyes to see as I read through a little Catholic New Testament Bible, especially the Gospel of John, the Book of Romans, Ephesians, Hebrews, and 1 John. God cleansed me from a guilty conscience, healed me from emotional abuse, filled me with His peace and joy, delivered me from the fear of death and other fears, He gave me true hope and assurance of eternal life in heaven that cannot be found in Catholicism, and He filled me with His wisdom, grace, and strength that has been sufficient to help me deal with the many traumatic things that I have faced in life. I encourage you to begin reading a New Testament Bible and seek the truth that can be found in God’s Word. Begin reading the gospel of John and ask God to open your spiritually blinded eyes and to reveal His love and truth to you. He will be faithful to do so.
Even though I truly l♥ve shooting with my Sony A6000, I also immensely enjoy shooting with my Panasonic Lumix DC-ZS70, and I am amazed at the high quality of the images that I’m able to get from this solidly built compact camera that has so many amazing features! (4K video and photo, in camera photo cropping, flip up touch screen, post focus, internal focus stacking, and so much more! (This is the camera that I used to capture these pictures). Unless you can afford to buy an 18-300mm lens (which I can’t), using a compact camera like the DC-ZS70 saves you time by not having to change lenses when you’re out and about. Changing lenses could cause you to miss the shot that caught your attention. The DC-ZS70 has 30x zoom; it extends to 720mm. It has in body image stabilization so it cuts down on motion blur which allows you to get some crisp, clear shots.
I hope these pictures will encourage you to get out this Spring and capture some amazing photos!
Thank you very much for stopping by today.
God Bless You
